Q3:How to ship the goods?

*Air shipping to air port & to door directly
*Sea shipping to sea port & to door directly
For small or urgent parts, we suggest by EMS,TNT,DHL,and so on express; For large parts suggest by sea or by air.

Q4. How about quality control of your products?

Q6.How is your Refund terms:

A:30% restocking fee applies if customers cancels/returns（not refund shipping cost) the item due to a change of mind;There are absolutely no returns on painted products. As a precaution, test fit all parts before you cut/paint/drill the items.

Q7.What should I do if items damaged during shipping ?

A:We examine and double-pack every item before shipping.However, damage may still occur occasionally. Customers must inspect the packaging and the products carefully before signing receive the packages. If there is any damaged, please notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver's presence. Customers must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse a shipment or return it without approval, because the customers' right to make a damage claim may be denied. Please take some photos and video of the package&product to reflected our seller within 24 hours if damaged

Q8.Installation and Fitment Issues

A:We suggest customers choose rich installing experience garage shop to install parts when received our goods.Moreover, These carbon fiber items are aftermarket parts , the fitment is accurate but cannot be 100% guaranteed same as original items at all times. It is Inevitable to make some adjustments even modification when install these items on car .
